Our Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions on a periodic basis for updates.

  • All goods shipped (Domestic US Only) via Federal Express Ground Service only unless otherwise stated or requested by the buyer. If faster service is requested, additional charges may apply. All international orders are subject to shipping, packing, handling, insurance, custom duties, fees and taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot deliver to a PO Box or APO/AFO address. You must supply us with a complete physical address.

    • International Buyers – Please Note:

      • · Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

      • · Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to shipping.

      • · These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or broker – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

      • · We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

  • Please understand that while we make every effort to make sure your order ships on time we cannot control delivery once the package is in the hands of the carrier or if the equipment is held up by any government agency. All estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and delivery guarantees are the responsibility of the delivery service. When a tracking number is provided, please note that we've assigned it before giving the package to the carrier. Tracking details for your shipment may not be available immediately. Some carriers do not have weekend pick up service, and will not process tracking information until the next business day following the completion of your order. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for updated information.

  • Be absolutely sure that the items you are ordering are what you want. Representations are limited to the fitness of the equipment not the suitability of it's application. All sales are considered final unless PPI provides written authorization for a return. All correspondence regarding returns must be in writing. We do not accept phone or voice-mail requests to initiate returns. Any item returned without written authorization will be refused. A 25% percentage restocking charge plus shipping costs will be applied to all authorized returns.

  • Special orders are non-cancellable, non returnable and non-refundable.

  • Payment terms are pre-paid only. Forms of payment accepted are Wire Transfer (this is a requirement for all International orders), Cashier's Checks or Company Checks (must clear prior to shipment).

  • Unless otherwise stated, warranty on all used equipment is 30 days Parts & Labor on receipt.

  • All orders accepted and filled from available inventory subject to prior sale or while supplies last. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable sales tax for all orders delivered in New York State will be applied to all orders. If your organization has a New York State tax-exempt status, you must e-mail a copy of the certificate to sales@ppivideo.com for fax a copy to 845-512-2075. Note: Please reference the order number. Also copy must be received by us prior to shipment.

  • PLEASE INSPECT ALL EQUIPMENT IMMEDIATELY! If any damages occur during shipment, please save all original packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Failure to comply with the above could result in the loss of damage claim against the freight company. The Production People, Inc. cannot assume any liability for damages caused by any carrier during transport.

  • Our Privacy Policy. Shop with confidence because we never sell, rent, trade or in any other way share your information to any other company. We promptly remove you from our list if you ever ask us to and we give you a way to unsubscribe on every email we send. We always provide a phone number where we can be reached in case you have any questions or concerns about how we use your information. We don't use telemarketing. Period.
